Joni Fixel: Another area that I love is business development whether it is a fledgling business or corporation reboot. From formation of the business to creating the vision and mission statement and the business plan, it is exciting to help a start up build the foundation. Often a corporate reboot breathes new life into a company. Through detailed assessments, listening to the ideas of those who best know the company and developing new directions, I work with stakeholders to find common goals. Whether it is finding the perfect person for a company or brainstorming to find new innovative ways to achieve new company goals it is absolutely exciting and makes me enjoy each day.
